Instructions for Preparation of Abstracts

(Note: ONLY abstracts that follow the instructions below will be processed)

1. Please indicate whether the abstract is for Oral or Poster Presentation.
2. Abstracts must be typed and presented in English.
3. Use font type Times New Roman, font size 12.
4. The abstract text must be written in 300 words or less including title, name(s) of author(s) and institution(s).
5. The title of the abstract must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS with the exception of scientific names, which should be in upper or lower case forms and italicized.
6. The presenting author’s name must be underlined.
7. The presenting author’s name, institution, address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address must be provided.
8. The submitted abstracts MUST contain the following:
a. Introduction
b. Materials and Methods
c. Results
d. Conclusion
9. Deadline of abstract submission is 20th March 2009.
10. The abstract presenters will be notified by 30d March 2009.
